Day 1 – Arrival in Srinagar

Airport pickup and warm welcome
Shikara ride on Dal Lake
Visit Mughal Gardens: Shalimar, Nishat & Chashme Shahi
Overnight stay in houseboat or hotel

Day 2 – Excursion to Gulmarg

Scenic drive to Gulmarg (approx. 2 hrs)
Gondola ride to Phase 1 or 2 (optional snow activities)
Meadow walk or pony ride
Return to Srinagar for overnight stay

Day 3 – Day trip to Pahalgam

Drive to Pahalgam via saffron fields & Awantipora ruins
Explore Lidder River, Betaab Valley (optional pony ride)
Return to Srinagar by evening
Overnight stay in hotel

Day 4 – Departure

Breakfast and checkout
Transfer to Srinagar Airport with beautiful memories
